Andrea is a Registered Psychotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience, offering a compassionate client centered and trauma-informed approach in her private practice with adults.  Andrea is pleased to add Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based treatment modality using guided bilateral eye movements and imagery techniques to help clients process traumatic and distressing memories in a gentle and effective manner.  ART can be used as a stand-alone intervention for PTSD, anxiety, depression, phobias and panic attacks.  It can also be thoughtfully integrated with other therapeutic approaches (CBT, CPT, ACT), tailoring treatment to meet each clients unique needs in their healing journey.
