I’m a practitioner at Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge in Rochester, MN and I use ART to help people find relief from trauma and distressing experiences. My approach is warm, honest, and compassionate. I believe healing is possible, and it’s an honor to walk alongside clients in that process.
