As a dually licensed Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individual adolescents, adults, couples and families navigating the challenges of daily life. I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship problems.
My therapeutic approach emphasizes the role of the family system on individual wellbeing. I work collaboratively with clients toward increased insight and improved emotional and interpersonal connection, on the path to meaningful change. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Davidson College and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College, as well as a supplemental certificate in Family and Relationship Therapy. I am trained in the use of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
