I work with people who have been carrying things for a long time, especially when traditional talk therapy hasn't been enough. My work focuses on complex PTSD, early childhood trauma, dissociation, OCD, anxiety, panic, grief, chronic pain, and experiences that continue to affect how people feel, react, and connect with others.

I'm trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, Brainspotting, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), and other approaches that help us work beyond just talking about what happened.

I offer focused therapy intensives, with careful assessment and preparation to understand what's happening and what approach makes sense. I don't believe in pushing people through trauma work or assuming every symptom comes from trauma. We work at a pace that respects what your mind and body can handle.

I'm an Army veteran and former law enforcement officer and first responder. I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work.

I offer in-person services in San Antonio and New Braunfels, Texas, and virtual services in Texas, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington.
