Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) has been transformative in my career as a professional counselor. My clinical practice focuses on working with first responders, as well as individuals who have experienced or are currently experiencing narcissistic abuse. I have witnessed ART provide meaningful support to these individuals by helping first responders return to work with greater confidence and fewer trauma-related triggers, while empowering survivors of abuse to heal, reclaim their sense of self, and move forward with greater independence and freedom. I am honored and enthusiastic to train other clinicians in this powerful modality, equipping them with an effective tool to support their clients in achieving meaningful healing and lasting transformation.

My passion for ART continues to grow with each client who experiences healing, gains meaningful insight, or rediscovers a sense of autonomy and empowerment. It is deeply rewarding to witness the positive and lasting impact ART can have on an individual’s ability to move beyond painful experiences and create a healthier, more fulfilling future.
