Hi, I'm Sandy. I have an office in Asheville and am Advanced Certified in ART. I work with adults struggling with grief, anxiety, trauma, and depression. I enjoy working with folks who are adjusting to life transitions and those who like learning about healthy relationships/ boundaries.
