Alex is a Clinical Social Worker licensed in both North Dakota and Minnesota. She utilizes Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and other evidence-based approaches to help clients heal from trauma, navigate neurodivergence, regulate the nervous system, and overcome anxiety, grief, and other life challenges. She provides a safe, supportive space where clients can process difficult experiences, build resilience, and create lasting change.
