Lynn Léger
MA, LPCC
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Lynn Léger holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University. She has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years in various settings including outpatient clinics, schools, acute psychiatric inpatient facilities and community mental health. She has also enjoyed educating and teaching at the collegiate level in both the United States and France.
Lynn uses a holistic approach to treatment that considers the various ways that healing happens by promoting whole-person wellness, collaborative goal setting, and self-discovery. Patients can expect a safe, non-judgmental, and nurturing environment. Lynn has experience living abroad and integrating cultures within relationships, and this enhances her intentional work and understanding of individual needs.
Lynn began practicing ART in 2021 with adults experiencing severe mental health symptoms that warranted admission to acute psychiatric hospitalization. The ability to use ART with patients that were skeptical and non-trusting of a therapist and getting profound results changed the treatment for individuals in this setting. ART has become an integral part of her work with clients and she enjoys sharing this modality with other clinicians as an ART Trainer. Currently, Lynn practices in a private practice in Rochester, Minnesota providing care to teens and adults.
