Janet Bordenave began practicing in 2013, serving clients in the Daytona Beach area of Central Florida. After several years, frustration began to creep in concerning the stagnating rate of recovery with her trauma clients. There had to be something better than painful memory recall interventions or symptom management for them and others. The search led to her first ART training in 2018, after which her clients’ symptoms began to rapidly dissipate. Advanced training followed in 2019, then instructor training in 2022.

The beauty of ART is in its simplicity, whether you’re explaining it or executing it. It’s not rocket science, yet the scientific data behind it is valid, reliable, and continues to grow.

Janet currently offers Basic ART training in the beautiful North Country of New York where she currently resides, and provides virtual counseling for her clients in Florida and Missouri.
