Brittany Gipson

LCSW

For more than a decade, Brittany has been dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma, addiction, and other mental health challenges. She is passionate about using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients move beyond the impact of painful experiences, reduce distress, and create lasting change.

Brittany has extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, suicidal ideation, psychosis, and crisis stabilization. Her greatest passion is working with individuals experiencing Complex PTSD (CPTSD), developmental trauma, and addictions, using ART to help clients process unresolved experiences without needing to relive them in detail. Brittany completed her basic ART training in June 2025 and became a trainer in July 2026.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University, with a concentration in Clinical Psychology and the Psychobiology of Addiction and a minor in Medical Sociology. She received her Master of Social Work from Indiana University, specializing in mental health and addiction.
