Kathryn Meiners holds a Master of Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan College in New York and a Master of Family Studies from Brigham Young University in Utah. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in both Utah and North Carolina, and a Certified Family Life Educator through the National Council on Family Relations. Additionally, Kathryn is certified as a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) therapist and a Basic ART trainer.
Kathryn is dedicated to a collaborative and strength-based approach with her clients. She has extensive experience working with diverse populations throughout her clinical practice. Currently, she operates her private practice, Bright Paths Therapy, in northern Utah, where she focuses on helping clients navigate their challenges. Her areas of specialization include trauma, anxiety, OCD, and women’s health issues. Kathryn has been particularly impressed by the effectiveness of ART, observing her clients’ rapid symptom relief through its application. She is passionate about sharing ART with more clinicians.
