I like to use a gentle, caring, non-judgmental approach. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). and am trained in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). I also use Brainspotting and other trauma-informed, creative and energy modalities to achieve treatment goals.
