Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working in the field since 1994. I enjoy helping adults and their families heal and gain new insight and tools with individual, couples and family therapy. I work with people in a collaborative manner with a focus on the mind/body connection and healing from a holistic and cognitive/behavioral approach with ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) for quick resolution of trauma, depression, anxiety and any place one feels “stuck”. ART has been the most valuable intervention in my practice to help folks move negative feelings and sensations out for good. I welcome you to join with me in your healing process.
