My counseling career began in 2017 working in substance use treatment. After learning that substances are a symptom, I transitioned to mental health. I am now a committed Licensed Professional Counselor working with adults who suffer from PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Grief and Loss, chronic pain, and adjusting to new life circumstances. I am Master Level Certified in ART and with passion, I use it regularly to help individuals overcome the obstacles these disorders cause in their everyday life.
