Meagan is passionate about working with children and adolescents as well as individuals who have experienced trauma. Meagan enjoys practicing from multiple modalities including accelerated resolution therapy (ART), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), expressive arts therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness. Meagan believes in approaching counselling from a collaborative, person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed lens. Meagan has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science with a minor in child studies.
