Therapy Approach: I believe an essential ingredient to successful therapy is the professional relationship between the client and the therapist. I strive to create a positive, open, warm, and nonjudgmental environment from the first encounter, allowing my clients to feel seen and heard in the therapy room. As a therapist, establishing trust and developing a collaborative therapeutic relationship are essential components to human growth and development. By approaching therapy in this holistic way, the client and I can work collaboratively to explore, set, and achieve their desired goals. I provide a safe environment for them to process their challenges in a variety of ways and skill sets used include: Child-Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Therapy Systems Approach, Marital Therapy (Gottman Trained), Filial Therapy, Crisis and Conflict Resolution for High Conflict Divorce and Co-Parenting, Recovery from Betrayal Trauma/Infidelity, Certified in Recovery of Narcissistic Abuse, Mindfulness Skills, Parenting Coordination and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
