Stacy Gorman is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health who began her career working with at-risk youth in 2001 at a residential treatment facility. She began her career as a Mental Health Counselor in 2004. Since that time, she has had many opportunities to work in a variety of settings. She was the Director of Prevention Services, providing mental health and addiction outreach, counseling and education to schools and communities. She also worked as an Outpatient Therapist in a hospital setting providing outpatient mental health and addiction recovery counseling services. She recently served on the Board of Addiction and Prevention Professionals for the State of South Dakota.
She has owned and operated her counseling private practice since 2013 and is honored to walk along side those searching for hope and healing. Her practice specializes in providing counseling services for adult individuals in the following areas: trauma, victimization of abuse, family of origin conflicts, codependency, self-esteem & self-confidence issues, relational stressors, anxiety, depression, addiction, and stress management.
